Lately Coca-Cola has been under fire due to a recent commercial they’ve released which has received A LOT of criticism on the terms of being racist and discriminatory.
The ad depicts a group of teenagers who travel to an indigenous community in Oaxaca, sharing Coca-Cola and building a tree with the townsfolk. Now, how is this racist? I’m Mexican, I’ve interacted with many indigenous people and honestly, I don’t see what the big deal is, nor do I see how could this be harmful or racist. It’s just a commercial that’s trying to spread the message of unity and friendship, how does that lead to something harmful? It seems people nowadays get angry at stuff just because other people get angry, it doesn’t make any sense…
What are your thoughts on this?
"The universe is one big joke, and the joke is on us"
Another beautiful commercial but hated by unintelligent butthurt dipshits that get angered easily because it’s disgusting.
I hate this PC society…
"The world is merciless and it's also very beautiful."
